Maybe I'm missing something, but does the cult actually have anything to do with the demolition order? Stopping the cult doesn't seem like it'd have any effect on the building getting torn down, so it's weird that Dyl4n would pay the pvnks for it.
Hey, thanks for this. The idea is that the cult are the reason for the missing occupants and the 'haunting' rumours. Once they're either eliminated or satisfied, they leave the building and things can get back to normal. Sorry if that was unclear in the text, but hope this helps make the intention clearer.
